• Loose diamonds ship within 1-4 days after payment
• Some specialty diamonds may take up to 14 days
• Custom jewelry and engagement rings ship within 1-3 weeks

Shipping & Insurance We ship everything with full insurance coverage because your diamonds matter to us. All orders come with tracking so you’ll know exactly where your package is.

Free Shipping Standard shipping is free on all orders. Want it faster? We offer express shipping for an additional fee.

International Orders We ship worldwide and handle all the paperwork. For orders over $20,000 or international shipments, we may require a bank wire transfer for security.

What If Something Goes Wrong? If your package gets lost or stolen during shipping, we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Order Confirmation You’ll get an email confirmation once we receive your order. We’ll send another email with tracking info when your diamonds ship.
