All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days. Please note that our operations are suspended on weekends and public holidays, and no shipments are made during these times.

Should we experience a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment. We will make every effort to notify you promptly via email or telephone if we anticipate a significant delay.

For orders containing multiple items with varying shipping methods (e.g., Express, Overnight, and Standard), we can accommodate separate shipments upon request. A separate shipment fee of $50 will apply for each additional package.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All shipments are fully insured and are handled by our trusted delivery partners, which include FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and USPS.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 5-8 business days. Please be aware that this timeframe does not include the crafting time required for rings and fine jewelry.

Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active. You can track your order status directly by using the provided link in the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all orders shipped within the United States, no customs duties or fees will be applied. Celestial Facets is not responsible for any customs and taxes incurred on international orders. All associated fees, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Celestial Facets takes every precaution to ensure the secure arrival of your order. All packages are fully insured during transit, and a signature is required upon delivery. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost, a full refund will be issued.
