At Celestial Facets LLC, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that selecting the perfect diamond or jewelry piece is an important decision, and we want you to be absolutely confident in your choice. Return Window & Eligibility
7-Day Return Period: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This policy ensures optimal inventory management and allows us to offer competitive pricing by minimizing overhead costs.
Return Limit: Each customer is allowed a maximum of two (2) returns or exchanges per calendar year to maintain fair pricing for all customers.
Eligible Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the exact same condition as received
• Returned with all original packaging, documentation, and certificates • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Accompanied by the original packing slip and order documentation Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Round and fancy shape melee diamonds
• Fancy color melee diamonds
• Custom or special-order items
• Items that have been resized, engraved, or modified in any way
• Items showing any signs of wear or damage
• Loose diamonds that have been removed from their original sealed packaging for extended periods
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us Email our customer service team at
contact@celestialfacets.com with:
• Your order number
• Detailed reason for return
• Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Return Authorization Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number along with detailed return instructions. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted.
Step 3: Package Your Return
• Include ALL original packaging materials, certificates, and documentation • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package • For security purposes, do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or related terms on the package exterior
• Double-box valuable items for insurance purposes
Shipping & Costs
Domestic Returns (US): Celestial Facets LLC provides free return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States via our prepaid shipping label.
International Returns: We cover up to $50 in return shipping costs within the 7-day return period. If return shipping exceeds $50, the customer is responsible for the additional amount.
Insurance: All returns must be properly insured. Celestial Facets LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if proper packaging and insurance requirements are not followed.
Processing & Refunds
Inspection Period: Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect returned items
to verify their condition and authenticity. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days to your original payment method.
Credit Card Refunds: Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
Restocking Fees: Returns that do not comply with our policy guidelines may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s value.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns and are subject to: • Product availability
• Price differences (customer responsible for additional costs)
• Same 7-day timeframe
• Count toward your annual return/exchange limit
Custom Orders & Special Circumstances
Custom Jewelry: All custom-designed pieces require customer approval via CAD renderings or in-person consultation. Once approved and production begins, custom orders are non-refundable.
Certificates: Lost or damaged diamond certificates will incur a replacement fee of $100- $300 per certificate, depending on the issuing laboratory.
Refused Deliveries: Packages that are refused delivery or returned without authorization are subject to a minimum $75 restocking fee.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that differs significantly from what was ordered or advertised, please contact us immediately. We will work with
you can resolve the issue through replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
